Responsibilities :
· Cultivate and expand agency partnerships for effective life insurance product distribution.
· Lead training sessions to empower agency partners for successful sales.
· Analyze performance metrics and implement growth strategies.
· Foster relationships with agency partners for effective product distribution.
· Provide targeted training to enhance agency capabilities and product knowledge.
Candidates Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any stream
· Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
· Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
