Profile   Business Development Manager

CTC up to 3.45 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
• Identified the training needs of the agent and work with trainers to improve the same
• Delivering consistent sales output utilizing management.
• Monitoring capabilities and improving agent productivity and retention.
• Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
• Monitoring and follow-up process for driving sales through advisors

Required Candidate profile:

• Experience: 1 year of experience in on-field sales.
• Graduation is required.
• Required: 10+2+3 or graduates, localities, open to frontline sales.
