Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team to prospect and qualify leads globally.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via visit, calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and engage potential customers in global markets.
• Set meetings with decision-makers and key influencers.
• Learn and understand the company’s product in detail.
• Conduct discoveries identifying customer pain points and requirements.
• Pitch the solution to close deals.
Key Requirements:
• Graduation degree in any field preferred.
• 2-6 years of experience in any sales, marketinf or pharma products.
• Hands-on experience with sales tech tools like Sales force, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
