Job Description: Field Sales Executive – Agency
- Drive business for the designated channel and geography
- Identify and motivate suitable channel partners for licensing and activation
- Achieve the agreed sales targets
- Identify customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct periodic reviews with channel partners
- Conduct training of new products for agents and channel partners to drive sales
- Develop and maintain relationships with all the key stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification: Graduate
- Candidates with an operations background will not be fit for this job profile
- We need to work on 100% on-field for sales of policies.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of Any field Sales (FMCG, BFSI, Loans, Mutula Fund, Dealer, Pharma, Real Estate, Distribution, Automobile)
- Age: Minimum 21 Years, Max 38 Years
- Two-wheelers Wheeler Required
