Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

– Build a committed team of agents through recruitment, hiring, and training.

– Devise and enact tactics that will assist agents in reaching their sales targets and increasing productivity.

– Deliver continual training, guidance, and feedback to maximize agent performance.

– Keep track of trends in the industry, actions taken by competitors, and changes in the market to spot potential new business opportunities.Work together with internal teams to assist agents in achieving their sales goals

– Guarantee adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

– Competence in developing growth strategies and assessing performance metrics.

Qualification and Experience:

– Graduation is mandatory. At least 2+ years in sales and marketing in any field.

– A track record of successfully leading a team and hitting sales targets.

– Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.

– The capacity to develop growth strategy and evaluate performance statistics.
