The purpose of this job is to recruit quality sales advisors & support / train them to enable them procure BFSI policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and approach prospective clients.
  • Recruit Team by self
  • Build and maintain a solid rapport with customers.
  • Analyze industry trends and come up with investment suggestions.
  • Create and oversee investment portfolios for clients.
  • Make financial evaluations for customers.
  • Give advise on wealth management and financial planning.
  • Keep current on investments and markets.
  • Inform clients about the financial services you offer.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: Any stream graduation
Experience: At least 1 to 5 years of any sales and marketing experience / banking, finance, or insurance industries.

Outstanding Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Good knowledge of the stock and investment markets
Potential to function both alone and collaboratively
