We are looking for a Sales Manager for India’s Leading Insurance Company

Role & responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Set sales targets and monitor progress towards goals.

Take proactive measures to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales quotas.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and goals.

Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.

Desired Candidates Profile:

Only Experience person can apply

Experience: Minimum 1+ to 5 Years in the Sales and Marketing department.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of BFSI products and trends.

Track record of meeting sales targets.
