Job description:

– An on roll job with higher package.

– As this is fieldwork rather than office work, the position requires that you be prepared to work outside. You will also assist in recruiting and training new team members.

– Direct and oversee the sales staff that falls within his purview.

– Educating staff and assisting team members in improving their abilities

– build a network of contacts to draw in new clients, look into future market opportunities, and oversee growth activities while projecting sales and revenue in line with anticipated profits.

– Interact with customers and offer them different types of life insurance.

Skills & Experience :

– For applicants with 2-4+ years of sales experience, this is a Full-Time Field Sales position.

– Age range: 22 to 38 years

– CTC : Up to 4 LPA + Incentive +Other

– Required skills include communication, leadership, and a bachelor’s degree.
