– Age: 22 to 40

– Must be local candidate

– Graduation in any stream

Responsibilities and Roles :

– Create and implement sales and revenue-boosting strategies.

– Prospecting and networking can help you find and acquire new business opportunities.

– Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, brokers, and other business partners.

– Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities and threats.

– Prepare and present regular sales, revenue, and market trends reports.

– Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the company’s products and services.

– Provide new agents and brokers with training and support to ensure they are properly equipped to sell the company’s products.
