Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead recruitment efforts and drive sales to meet targets in your designated area.
  • Foster and maintain solid relationships with agents, offering them the support needed for continuous growth and enhanced sales.
  • Design and execute dynamic training programs to empower agents to exceed their goals.
  • Continuously assess agent performance and provide actionable feedback to refine strategies for success.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or managing agency relationships.
  • Essential: A bike and valid driving license for fieldwork.
  • Local candidates with strong knowledge of the regional market will be prioritized.
  • Open to graduates from any field, particularly those passionate about recruitment and sales.
