Job Description

We’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager or Advisor Development Manager to build, guide, and empower a team of sales advisors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, lead, and support a team of sales advisors.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with both advisors and clients.
  • Recruit, train, and nurture new team members.
  • Promote a positive, goal-driven, and collaborative team environment.
  • Prioritize exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Age: 22 to 39 years.
  • Must be a local resident or from the home town.

  • Proven leadership in sales and team management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop high-performing teams.
