We are hiring an Advisor Recruitment Executive to recruit and onboard advisors for our organization. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience and strong local market knowledge. This is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit potential advisors through fieldwork and networking
Conduct interviews and manage onboarding
Achieve monthly recruitment targets
Maintain candidate database and reporting

Requirements:

2+ years in field sales

Strong communication and people skills

Local area knowledge preferred

Sales or fieldwork experience preferred
