CTC: ₹ 4.00 LPA + Incentives
Experience: 2+ years in recruitment/sales (insurance preferred)

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Advisor Recruitment Manager to recruit and develop a network of life insurance advisors in Jaipur. The role focuses on identifying talent, onboarding, and ensuring advisor activation and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit qualified life insurance advisors/agents
Provide initial training and development support
Drive advisor activation and early productivity
Monitor performance and motivate advisors to achieve targets
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies

Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
2+ years in recruitment/sales (insurance or agency channel preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Local market knowledge is a must
Ability to meet recruitment targets consistently
