Job Summary:

We are looking for an Advisor Recruitment Manager to hire, train, and manage insurance advisors. This role focuses on building a strong network of advisors to drive sales and ensure consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit new insurance advisors
Conduct onboarding and product training sessions
Guide advisors to achieve sales targets
Monitor performance and provide ongoing support
Build and maintain a productive advisor network
Report progress and challenges to senior leadership

Eligibility:

Graduation in any discipline (required)
Experience in sales or recruitment preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership qualities and team coordination ability
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
