Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit high-potential Agency Partners, Agency Leaders, or Advisors.
- Drive sales for life insurance products through the agency channel.
- Analyze area performance and suggest improvements.
- Motivate, guide, and mentor them to improve recruitment, activation, and retention.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2 or more years of experience in sales and marketing.
- The appropriate age range is 24 to 40 years old.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiating skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to lead a team.
