Job Description:
We’re hiring a performance-driven Agency BDM in Durgapur to cultivate a successful team of insurance advisors in this industrially thriving city. You will source, train, and lead agents while aligning strategies with the industrial and emerging IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit local life insurance agents and build a strong team
Provide on-ground mentoring, joint field support, and feedback
Develop lead-generation plans tailored to industrial clients
Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics
Conduct regular training sessions and review meetings
Maintain compliance with company processes and guidelines

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Min. 2 years sales experience; BFSI/Insurance preferred
Experience handling team goals and KPIs
Good understanding of Durgapur’s industrial market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Age limit: Preferably below 39 years
