Responsibility
– To create a strong sales team, find and hire possible agents.
– Motivate and lead your field sales team with a strong sense of purpose.
– To resolve issues and offer assistance, keep lines of communication open and frequent with agents.
– Give agents access to market data so they can efficiently customize their sales tactics.
– Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback to boost productivity.
– Make certain that agents are knowledgeable about the latest regulations, goods, and compliance requirements.
Additional Requirements:
– High moral standards and conformity to compliance guidelines.
– The capacity to efficiently manage time and work independently.
Qualification :
– Bachelor Degree In Any Field
– Minimum 2 Years Of Experience in Sales & Marketing
– Age Will Be 21 To 38
– Local Candidate Mandatory
