Job Description

Role Summary: We are looking for dynamic sales professionals in Guwahati to recruit, train, and manage a team of life insurance advisors. The role focuses on driving business growth through effective agent management and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard insurance advisors from Guwahati and surrounding areas
Provide regular training and field support to agents
Monitor agent performance and ensure sales targets are met
Build strong relationships with clients and agents
Implement sales strategies to expand market reach

Who Can Apply:
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or marketing
BFSI/Insurance industry experience preferred
Graduate with excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits:
CTC up to ₹3.7 LPA + monthly incentives
