What You’ll Do:

• Regularly visit current and potential customers to build strong relationships and grow sales.
• Represent the company in face-to-face meetings to introduce our products and services effectively.
• Increase brand visibility and product awareness through direct interaction and clear communication.
• Support and inspire your team members to meet and exceed their sales targets.
• Take initiative, stay goal-oriented, and manage your work independently without constant supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Contribute to online marketing efforts and promotional campaigns as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in field sales or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong skills in sales management, negotiation, communication, and deal closing.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Marketing or Business preferred but not required).
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
