Job Role:
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents and agency partners.
Drive business growth by supporting and motivating the agency network.
Collaborate with agency partners to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
Provide guidance, training, and support to agency members to enhance their performance.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
