About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Agency Channel Growth Manager to lead the expansion and development of our agency sales network. In this role, you will focus on driving growth by building strong partnerships with agency channels, supporting their success, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency channel
Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to ensure long-term collaboration
Support agencies with training, tools, and guidance to achieve sales targets
Monitor performance of agency partners and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless support and service
Report on agency channel performance and growth plans to senior management
Requirements:
Graduate (Bachelor’s degree required)
3–6 years of experience in sales, agency management, or channel development
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Proven track record in driving growth through agency or channel partnerships
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
