Job Overview:
The Agency Channel Manager drives expansion in an assigned area by recruiting, coaching, and leading a results-oriented team of agents to meet sales goals and spark success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, train, and motivate financial advisors to achieve top performance.
  • Build and implement strategies to deliver sales targets.
  • Discover new opportunities and refine approaches based on insights.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to elevate team outcomes.
  • Monitor market shifts, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Equip agents with tools to engage high-potential customer segments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
  • 2+ years in sales and marketing from any industry.
  • 3+ years in native or residential.
  • History of meeting sales targets and leading teams.
  • Leadership skills to steer teams toward goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for agent and client relations.
