The Agency Channel Manager drives expansion in an assigned area by recruiting, coaching, and leading a results-oriented team of agents to meet sales goals and spark success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, train, and motivate financial advisors to achieve top performance.
- Build and implement strategies to deliver sales targets.
- Discover new opportunities and refine approaches based on insights.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to elevate team outcomes.
- Monitor market shifts, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Equip agents with tools to engage high-potential customer segments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- 2+ years in sales and marketing from any industry.
- 3+ years in native or residential.
- History of meeting sales targets and leading teams.
- Leadership skills to steer teams toward goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for agent and client relations.
