Job Title: Agency Channel Manager

Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced sales manager to build and manage an insurance advisor team in Asansol. The role requires excellent leadership skills, local networking, and consistent performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities: 
Source and onboard advisors from Asansol and nearby areas
Conduct regular sales coaching and field mentoring
Achieve monthly sales targets through advisor performance
Lead retention and development programs
Maintain compliance and reporting

Eligibility: 
Graduate (Bachelor’s mandatory)
2–4 years in life insurance agency sales
Strong market knowledge and team-building ability
Willing to work on-field and manage sales outcomes
