Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors
• Manage and develop advisor productivity
• Conduct regular field visits and sales meetings
• Support advisors in client acquisition and closures
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Required Candidate Profile:
✔ Graduate (Mandatory)
✔ 2+ years in sales/field sales
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Target-driven and self-motivated
