Job Description

Oversees agency partners, drives sales growth, recruits and develops agency managers, ensures compliance, analyzes market trends, and builds strong relationships.

• Responsible for managing a team.
• Implementing the sales plan to achieve desired sales
• To achieve solve problems/ issues proactively and develop strong relationship with team
• Interdepartmental coordination with other departments.

Requirements

• Experience selling insurance products.
• Good at building relationships.
• Strong sales skills.
• Willing to travel to meet agents and customers.
•  Age: 21 to 38
• Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing
