Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Agency Channel Manager to drive the expansion of our life insurance portfolio. This role will focus on building and managing a strong network of agents, ensuring they receive the proper training, support, and guidance to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic team of life insurance agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to foster growth.
- Monitor and analyze agent performance to ensure monthly and annual targets are met.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product offerings.
- Ensure all agents comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 2years of experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Proven track record in sales performance.
