Job Description

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Agency Channel Partner to recruit, train, and manage agents for selling our products/services. You will be responsible for building a strong agent network and driving sales through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage a team of agents/advisors.
• Train agents on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Achieve sales targets through the agency network.
• Motivate and support agents to ensure performance.
• Monitor and report daily sales activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate preferred.
• Experience in sales or team management is a plus.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated.
