Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage insurance/agency agents.
- Train agents on products and sales techniques.
- Drive sales through the agency channel.
- Monitor agent performance and support their growth.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or agency development.
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
