Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage insurance/agency agents.
• Train agents on products and sales techniques.
• Drive sales through the agency channel.
• Monitor agent performance and support their growth.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in sales or agency development.
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
