We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated professionals to join as Agency Channel Partners. The role involves recruiting, developing, and leading a team of insurance agents/advisors to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and activate insurance agents/advisors.
• Drive sales through the agency channel to achieve assigned targets.
• Motivate and support the team to ensure consistent performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline).
• Experience: 2–7 years in Sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to travel.
