As the Agency Channel Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of financial advisors, driving business growth, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met. The role includes strategic planning, training, and coaching to increase productivity within the designated territory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of financial advisors.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Assess market trends and customer needs to adjust business approaches.
  • Provide coaching and regular feedback to agents for continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with agents and clients for long-term success.
  • Identify new market opportunities to further expand the business footprint.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation is compulsory.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data to adjust strategies and drive growth.
