Only Agency Channel Candidates
Roles & Responsibilities:
To identify qualified candidates for insurance adviser positions and make sure they are obtaining licenses in order to meet the company’s sales goals.
Providing the advisers with the motivation to meet the company’s sales goal.

Train advisors on the job and oversee and track their progress.

Managing relationships with stakeholders.

Continue steadfastly pursuing the policies obtained by the advisory group in order to maximize the group’s overall profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:-
Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales.
Minimum 1 years of experience in Agency Life Insurance Channel.
BFSI candidates are more preferred with experience/background.
Age Limit: Maximum 37 Years.
Local Candidates are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
