Job Description

The Agency Channel Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth within the agency channel through strategic sales initiatives, team management, and relationship building. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the insurance market.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop and implement sales strategies for agency growth.

·         Manage and oversee sales team performance.

·         Build and maintain strong agency partner relationships.

·         Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.

·         Provide training and support to enhance agent sales effectiveness.

·         Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

·         Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree is preferable.

·         1 to 5 years of sales experience.

·         Must be local.

·         Strong leadership and communication skills.
