– Appoint and onboard new insurance agents
– Support and mentor agents to achieve business goals

– Conduct field visits to encourage productivity
– Track and report daily performance
– Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
Candidate Profile:
– Graduate in any stream
– Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
