Location: Hyderabad 
Channel: Agency Sales 

CTC: ₹3.30 LPA to ₹5.50 LPA (based on experience and role) 

Job Description: 

The Agency Development Executive will focus on expanding and developing the agency channel by recruiting and supporting new agents. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the agency, helping them meet their targets and ensuring continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Recruit and onboard new insurance agents.
• Provide training and support to agents to help them achieve their targets.
• Monitor agent performance and provide coaching.
• Work closely with the agency team to ensure smooth operations.
  Requirements: 
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or agency development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for sales and team development.
