An Agency Development Executive is responsible for building and managing relationships with agencies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential agencies to expand the distribution network.
- Provide ongoing training to agency partners on product offerings, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Track and assess the performance of agency partners against established targets.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with agency partners.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for agency growth and market penetration.
Qualification:
- 2+ Years experience in Field sales and marketing
- Graduation compulsory
- Two Wheeler
- Age: 21 Years to 38 Years
