Job Summary:
We are looking for an Agency Development Executive to expand our network of insurance agents. The role focuses on agent recruitment, activation, and driving sales through the agency channel.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit agents from your local network
- Train and guide agents on insurance products
- Support agents in field meetings and closures
- Monitor agent performance and productivity
- Drive team-based sales targets
- Submit daily and weekly performance updates
Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Minimum 2 years in field sales
- Strong local network for recruitment
- Leadership and team motivation skills
- Target-driven and field-oriented
