Roles and Responsibilities ::
- Formulate and implement sales plan for the partner for achieving business targets of sales unit.
- Lead, motivate and train the financial Advisor
- Help advisors to upsell and cross sell to customers basis need analysis.
- Help the partner facilitate their training on an ongoing basis to ensure a productive channel at all times.
- Take regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction on selling process and products.
Skill :
- Must have good networking skills
- Good Communication
- Sales & Networking Skills.
Required Candidate profile:
- Any graduate may apply.
- Experience in sales and marketing must be between 0 and 1 year .
- Candidate must have own vehicles.
- Must possess strong networking abilities.
