To assist us in expanding our company, we are looking for a competent and experienced Sales manager.

Responsibilities :

• New agent recruitment, assessment, and training.
• Evaluating performance and creating plans of action.
• Forming trusting connections with the team and the clients.
• Ensuring that everyone on staff manages their time well.
• Maintaining staff compliance with agency rules, procedures, and policies.
• Examining current market and industry trends and applying what is learned to business improvement
• Qualification : Minimum two years of experience in sales and marketing in the BFSI
