– We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy an Agency Development Manager to build up our business activities. Their responsibilities include seeking out and chasing new sales opportunities, negotiating activities.
Job Roles :
– Selling life insurance policies to clients and providing ongoing customer service.
– Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
– Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify areas of growth and stay ahead of the competition.
– Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and post-sales support.
– Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products.
– Monitor and review agents’ performance. Help them achieve m business through customers.
– Meeting existing customers on a regular basis for achieving service standards.
– Execution of sales strategy – Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
– Seek new customers and increase sales.
Candidate Profile :
– Graduation degree in any stream
Age : 24 to 38 years
– 2 to 4 year Experience in Field Sales and Marketing
– Strong Leadership & negotiation Skills.
