Seeking an experienced Agency Development Manager to oversee sales teams, push goal attainment, and maintain superior customer service. Requires extensive industry knowledge and proven experience in sales management.
CTC up to 3.25 LPA + Incentive; on-roll job
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Identified the training needs of the agent and work with trainers to improve the same.
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing management.
- Monitoring capabilities and improve agent productivity and retention.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Monitoring and follow-up process for driving sales through advisors.
