We need a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales department. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires effectively. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading their own experienced team.

Responsibilities:

– To recruit and manage a team of financial advisors from own rapport.

– Mobilizing Managing business through the distributors/channel partners

– Daily reporting of Achievements

– Doing a Performance Review of your distributors / partners

– Ensuring productivity every month

– Training, Mentoring and motivating the distributors/partners

Qualifications:

– Experience in insurance sales and brokerage

– Knowledge of insurance products and services

– Strong financial background and understanding

– Excellent customer service skills

Experience:

– Sales Experience In Field sales for Min. 2 years.
