– The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Roles :

– Recruit your team and provide managerial assistance for them.

– Additionally, you can hire part-time employees.

– Make sure the result of Active Consultants is kept at the planned level.

– Conduct regular meetings with reporting agents to assess their success and offer guidance.

– Generating income and bringing in new clients, whether in person or online.

– Participate in all management-led training sessions and meetings.

Qualifications :

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

– 2 – 4 years’ prior experience in field sales

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Focused and goal-oriented
