– We are looking for highly motivated Candidates with Sales Background who can work with team and work in field

Roles & Responsibility :

– Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.

– Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.

– Identify ; Recruit potential Insurance Advisors

– Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long term connect between the agents and the company.

– Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

– Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.

– Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model.

Candidate Profile :

– Any Bachelor Degree

– 2 + year experience in sale and marketing in any field

– Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.

– Ability to lead a sales team.

– Good communication, selling and negotiation skills

Job Type : Full-time

CTC : Up to 4.00 LPA + OTHER BENEFITS
