We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Agency Development Manager to oversee the recruitment, training, and development of insurance agents within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment and training of insurance agents to expand our agency network.
• Develop strategies to meet recruitment and sales goals effectively.
• Provide ongoing support, coaching, and performance management for agents.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum age limit: 21 to 38
• Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
• Analytical approach with a focus on achieving set objectives.
• Must be local
