Agency Development Manager
We are actively seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our Life Insurance team in as an Agency Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment and training of insurance agents to effectively expand our agency network.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve recruitment and sales goals.
- Provide continuous support through coaching, training sessions, and performance assessments for agents.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and cultivate superior customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven track record in agency development or sales management within the life insurance industry.
- Outstanding leadership qualities and exceptional communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on meeting predetermined targets.
- Must reside locally and fall within the age bracket of 21 to 38 years.
