. Recruitment of Advisor.

. Training of Advisor.

. Motivating and guiding the team.

. Drive sales and achieve goal sheet target.

. Motivating and guiding BDMs to achieve targets.

. On Roll and Permanent Employee from Day 1.

. Every 6 Months Hike and Promotion.

. Fast Track Promotions.

. Lowest Targets in the Industry.

Requirement candidate :

. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales

– Maximum CTC : 3.8lpa

– Age Limit : 21 to 38 Years
