Roles and responsibilities:
-A corporate strategy that prioritises growth and excellent customer ratings.
-Keep positive professional ties with clients.
-Use financial approaches to increase sales income.
-Track sales progress to ensure that corporate targets are fulfilled.
-Track all business-related bills.
-Train and develop sales professionals’ skills.
-Conduct high-level industry research to provide effective sales solutions.
-Promote the company’s products or services to potential customers.
-Give frequent, constructive feedback to salesmen.
-Review sales contracts to ensure they follow legal and business norms.
-Interact with clients and answer critical questions regarding the company’s products.
Candidate Requirements:
-Education: Any Graduate
-Strong sales and communication skills.
-At least one year’s experience in BFSI or any sales
