Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

-Instruction and motivating the team

-Promoting revenue for the organisation in the natural market.

-Creating objectives, tracking their achievements, and assisting them

-Assist the sales team in building sales strategies to generate new business leads.

-Design, develop, and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase customer base.

-Develop and sustain positive customer connections.

-Achieve the sales and revenue targets.

-Finding and controlling market channels, as well as acquiring their business.

-Ensure quality portfolio by minimising delinquency and rejection.

Requirement:

-Experinence:1+ in sales/marketing

-Education : Any graduate
-ctc: up to 4.00 LPA
