Job Description

Roles and responsibilities :

– Recruiting a team of sales managers and developing the agency

– Responsible for the productivity of sales managers.

– Responsible for the team’s confirmation norms.

– A set of obligations or responsibilities allocated

– Manage relationships with team members and clients (both internal and external).

– Support the day-to-day operations of sales.

– Managing sales and sales-related activity inside the channel.

Candidate Requirements :

– Education : Any graduate.

– AGE : 21-38 years.

– Maximum CTC is 4.00lpa.

– Experience : A minimum of one year of field sales experience.
