Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Establish maintaining strong relationships with branch managers and other bank employees in a certain territory.
Find out and qualify possible insurance leads among the bank’s client base.
-Ensure that and effectively describe the advantages and benefits of various insurance products, such as life insurance, health insurance, and other related options.
-Coordinate client demands with appropriate insurance solutions, ensuring clear communication of risks and advantages.
-Help train bank employees with the sales process, including training and support for efficient product promotion.
-A procedure applications for insurance accurately and efficiently while adhering to corporate policies and legal standards.
-Help establish and execute effective sales techniques across the branch network.
Candidate Requirement:
-Education: Any Graduate
Strong skills in sales, good communication skills.
Minimum 1 years experience in BFSI
CTC up to 4.5 LPA
